SFI provides a wide range of IT services in support of the mission of PBS and all GSA Services and Staff Offices as a whole. The BPA task areas include Design Requirements, Database Development, Custom Application Development and Support, GIS, Automated Testing, Usability, Accessibility and other Testing, Application Operations and Maintenance Support, Application Development Requirements, Mobile Services, Agile Services, Data Management Services, Cloud Services, and Quality Requirement. SFI received the GSA Intelligent Property (IP) Team Award.
